Thou shall ask, who am I?

I am just a closed book,

With chapters hidden.

Some of the dauntlessness,

And Some of them dwindle,

With lots of secrets within.

I am a closed book,

Which seldomly opens,

Love is the only key.

Once opened,

Unviel the intricacies

Jotted, Oh I See!

Never read t'just

For sake of reading

It never strikes.

With tales of awe

Leaving it half, Prithee

The author dislikes.

I am a closed book,

Mayhaps O' the reader,

Whose composer is the time

O'er my pages,

You'll see an

Abhorring shine.

Don't balk, O' readers

Once you've

Started to read.

To every page

And sentence perpend

And pay thy heed.

Nothing can ghast

Thou more, than these

Unknown pages.

Mysteries, Betrayal,

Everything's noted

To shrift ages.

Break the ice

Of uncertainty O'readers

Thine is the choice

It Is Quaint or Quake?

Fate decides whilst

The Closed book whines
