A Treasure

On Nov 8, 2016, India, one of the biggest economies of the world, faced the wrath of demonitization. (On 8 November 2016, the Government of India announced the demonitization of all 500 (US$7.40) and 1,000 (US$15) banknotes of the Mahatama Gandhi series.) The step was taken to stop the flow of black money in the country and pave a way towards a cashless economy. Money is an important ingredient for human survival, progress and life.
