With the ‘normal’ being rewritten ever so often,

You may have to be eighty to qualify as senior citizen;

Thanks to Covid for this paradigm shift,

Towards impregnable immunity we have the world adrift;

Herbal concoctions, vaccines and ‘soap operas’,

Push-ups, weights and yog asanasHave thrown down the gauntlet to all coronas.

Herd immunity and Yamanaka factors in tango

And human life extends that much longer.
