The Meaning Of Rainbow!

The poem depicts the feelings of the Sun on a rainy day, when he wishes to see and shine for us. He complains of the clouds not letting him do so. He agrees that he has been harsh lately, but credits it to global warming.  He finally tries to lure the human by explaining him the fact of his little presence in rain, can only lead to a Rainbow!
